Lake Baikal is regarded as the oldest and largest freshwater lake in the world, some 25 million years old and characterized by its exceptionally pure water.

Color: deep brown to black

Pearl: medium size

Taste: velvety salty taste, slightly creamy fresh, hazelnut aromas (never secondary flavors) live on chalk and pebble bottom.
IMPERIAL: Fresher taste, finer salty notes, due to short maturation for about 8 weeks.
