- 200 grams of arugula
- 500 grams of pasta of your choice
- 150 grams of gorgonzola dolce
- 150 grams of cooking cream
- salt and freshly ground pepper

Preparation method
Bring a pan with plenty of water to the boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt per liter of water, heat the gorgonzola with the cream to a mixture in a sauce pan and season with a little salt and pepper. Fry the prawns in the frying pan with a little olive oil for about 8 to 10 minutes, in the meantime cook the pasta depending on the cooking time of the pasta. First arrange the pasta on the plate, then a little arugula and prawns and the gorgonzola sauce on top.
