Halibut fillet in cream sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • juice of half a lemon
  • 50 grams of grated mature cheese
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 5 tbsp cream lightly beaten

Preparation method

Arrange the fillets lengthwise in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice. Pour the cream over the fillets, sprinkle the grated cheese on top and put a knob of butter on the fish. Place the dish in the oven (180 ° C) and let the fish cook. (15 to 20 min) During baking, spoon the cream over the fish a few times. Remove from the oven and garnish with parsley.
