Cod fillet with parsley crust

Preparation method

Sprinkle the fish with some salt and pepper and place the fillets in a low oven dish. Mix the garlic with 4 tablespoons of the oil and drizzle this mixture over the fish. Let the fish rest in a cool place for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix the breadcrumbs with the parsley and lemon juice. Divide the mixture over the fish and drizzle the rest of the olive oil over it. Bake the fish in the oven for about 15 minutes until done. Garnish the dish with parsley and lime wedges.
