Cod fillet casserole

- 4 pieces of 150 gram cod fillet
- 1 zucchini
- 2 onions
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 can of tomato puree
- 150 grams of grated cheese
- 2 tsp oregano
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- olive oil
- chili sauce

Preparation method
Wash the zucchini and cut it into small pieces. Also cut the onion into small pieces. Then stir the zucchini and onion for 3 minutes in the olive oil. Divide these stir-fried ingredients in the oven dishes. Place the fish on top and put salt and pepper on it. Then rub the fish with tomato paste. Top with a layer of tomato slices with oregano. Pour a little chili sauce over it. Then the grated cheese. All this for 20 to 25 minutes in the oven at 200 C
