Crab cocktail

  • 300 grams of crab meat
  • 4 tomatoes (large)
  • 1/2 pieces of lime
  • 1 dl whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp cognac
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 150 grams of samphire
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation method

Beat the whipped cream until stiff and mix in the tomato puree, Worcestershire sauce and cognac. Season with salt and pepper.
Place the crab meat in a bowl and drizzle with lime juice. and pour in the cocktail sauce and mix well.
Cut the caps off the tomatoes and hollow them out. Fill them with the crab cocktail and garnish with a little parsley. put a little samphire on plates and place the tomato on top.
