Redfish fillet casserole
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pieces of redfish fillet
- 1 zucchini
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 2 pieces of white onions cut
- 150 grams of grated cheese matured
- olive oil
- 6 pieces of tomatoes cut into slices
- 3 tsp oregano chopped
- 1 can of tomato puree
- 2 tbsp chili sauce

Preparation method
Wash the zucchini and cut it into small pieces. Also cut the onion into small pieces. Then stir the zucchini and onion in the olive oil for 3 minutes. Divide these stir-fried ingredients in the oven dishes. Place the fish on top and sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top. Then rub the fish with tomato paste. Top with a layer of tomato slices and the oregano. Then pour a little chili sauce over it. The grated cheese on top. All this for 20 to 25 minutes in the oven at 200˚C.
