Sole with Dutch shrimps and French mussels

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 slip tongues cleaned
  • olive oil
  • 200 grams of smoked bacon strips
  • 200 grams of Dutch shrimps
  • 300 grams of Bouchot mussels or other small ones

  • flour or panure pour poisson

Preparation method

Take two pans and put them on a medium heat. First put a dash of olive oil in the pan. And fry the bacon cubes for about 2 minutes. Meanwhile, season the slip tongues with pepper, salt and flour or (panure pour poisson). Place the sole in the pan and fry the sole for 3 minutes on each side. and add a little bit of cream. After the first turn of the sole, throw the mussels on the edge of the pan. Make sure the mussels are clean. When the sole is nice golden brown on both sides and the mussels are open, throw the Dutch shrimps in the pan for half a minute and the dish is ready. This dish is delicious with pasta or risotto.
