Tuna in sesame crust on herb salad
INGREDIENTS
- 4 pieces of tuna of 150 grams
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds toasted
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of wasabi
- 1 tsp icing sugar
- 200 grams of mixed salad with arugula
- 3 sprigs of basil
- 3 sprigs of coriander
- 6 sprigs of chives

Preparation method
Drizzle the tuna fillets with the soy sauce and let it rest for a while. Roast sesame seeds in a dry frying pan. Make a vinaigrette by stirring vinegar, wasabi and icing sugar and adding a little oil. Mix the lettuce with the herbs. Heat oil in a frying pan. And sear the tuna in the hot oil quickly on all sides, fry 2 to 3 minutes per side, press the tuna into the sesame seeds immediately after baking and then let it rest for a while. Mix the lettuce with the vinaigrette and divide between the plates, then place the tuna on the salad.
