Vongole with pasta
INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilo of vongole
- 1/2 tbsp chopped parsley
- olive oil
- freshly ground pepper
- 300 grams of spaghetti
- 2 cloves of garlic

Preparation method
Put a large pan with water to cook the pasta, add 1 tablespoon of salt per liter of water. Bring this to a boil, and in the meantime rinse the bird well by putting your hands through it roughly in a container with running water so that they can spit out the sand. Put the pasta in the boiling water (± 9 min). Heat a high frying pan with olive oil and fry the vongole in it as soon as they open, then add the pepper, garlic and parsley. Drain the pasta in a colander and pour a generous splash of olive oil on it. When the vongole is fully open (vongele that keep on removing) add the pasta to the pan with vongole and mix well. and divide among the plates.
