Sea bass fillet grilled

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 pieces of sea bass fillet with skin
  • 75 grams of Danish blue crumbled
  • 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
  • 1 granny smith apple finely chopped
  • 30 grams of chopped almonds
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • olive oil
  • freshly ground pepper

Preparation method

Preheat the grill to the highest setting. Wash the fillets and pat them dry with kitchen paper. Place them skin side down on an oiled baking tray. Brush with a little oil and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Grill the fish for 4 minutes. In between the topping, mix together the cheese, parsley, apple and almonds in a bowl. Remove the fish from the grill and divide the topping over the fillets. Return to the broiler and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and simmering and the fish is cooked through. Drizzle with the lemon juice and serve immediately.
