Sea bass from the oven

  • 2 sea bass cleaned
  • 24 pieces of basil leaves
  • 1 lemon grated
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 12 cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp coarse sea salt
  • black pepper

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 180˚C (speed 5-6). Put the olive oil in a large ovenproof dish, roll the fish in it, and put 3 basil leaves and some of the lemon zest in the belly of each fish. Place the tomatoes in the bowl and sprinkle with the remaining basil leaves and lemon zest. Season the fish and tomatoes with salt and pepper. Bake the fish in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the meat is firm and cooked. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
