Catfish fillet au gratin from the oven

  • 4 pieces of sea wolf fillet of 150 grams
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt and freshly ground pepper
  • olive oil
  • 2 slices of old white bread crumbled
  • 100 grams of crumbled goat cheese
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 200 ml of cooking cream
  • 2 tbsp chives finely chopped

Preparation method

Preheat the oven to 200◦C rub the pieces of fish with lemon juice, salt pepper and let them sit for a while. Crumble the bread very finely in the food processor. Also crumble the goat cheese. Mix the mustard with the cream. Grease a not too large, low oven dish and place the pieces of fish in it. Pour over the cream and divide the goat cheese, chives and bread crumb on top. Drizzle over the olive oil. Place the dish in the middle of the oven and bake the fish for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and done.
