Swordfish kebabs

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 gram Swordfish fillet 2 cm thick
  • 1/2 dl olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano chopped
  • 1/2 juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp coarse sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper

Preparation method

Mix the ingredients in a bowl, and cut the swordfish into 2 cm chunks, add this to the marinade and mix well and let it rest for 15 minutes. Prick the pieces of swordfish on a (bamboo) skewer and grill them briefly on each side until brown. (Note that swordfish dries quickly.)
